Leigh Purnell
CEO
Petalite
Leigh Purnell is a clean technology enthusiast, an innovator and highly skilled engineer at heart. He has a passion for energy solutions that support and improve environmental sustainability. This vision has prevailed within his working and academic life and Petalite Limited was founded in 2014 to expand on these ideas and interests in technology that provides efficient and clean energy resources for consumers.
Why have Petalite redesigned EV charging technology? Because current infrastructure is based on full-bridge, a standard voltage source design that is over-complicated and requires specialised expensive components that ultimately lead to high future costs for customers. Petalite’s SDC Technology is inherently a current source device which is achieved through novel flyback topology. Visit our website to find out more.
